Window Wars: Navigating Airplane Shade Etiquette with Aloha.

The window shade. It's the great equalizer of modern air travel, and the source of more silent standoffs than a crowded surf lineup. We've all been there: you're settled in, the light is perfect, and then the shade goes up, flooding the cabin like a spotlight on a hidden agenda. It's a delicate dance between the sun-worshippers and the nap-seekers. This isn't about right or wrong; it's about reading the room at 30,000 feet. A little aloha goes a long way, meaning we should navigate the glare with grace, not grumbles.
