Princeville edges closer to a vibrant new chapter above Hanalei Bay

A new hotel rising above Hanalei Bay could rewrite the story of Princeville itself. This isn't just another luxury build, it's a chance to anchor the north shore's spirit of adventure and discovery in a place that feels genuinely of the island. We love how this chapter leans into the vibrant coastal energy that defines this stretch of Kauai. With the nearby *Kauai's Makai Golf Club Refreshed for a New Era of Island Play* already setting a playful, elevated tone, this hotel feels like the next natural move. Done right, it could welcome travelers to indulge in the authentic luxury and local culture that make Hanalei unforgettable.
