Local Sighting on Kahiliholo Brings a Smile, Ruby Slippahs and All

There's something about a random island sighting that just makes your whole day. A local spotter on Kahiliholo caught one that cracked them right up, and honestly, we get it. The best part? The ruby slippahs. You can't fake that kind of style. It's those little moments of pure, unscripted Hawaii that remind us why we love this place so much. No filter, no pretense, just local charm doing its thing. If you're chasing that same kind of aloha energy, lace up for the 29th coastal run from Ha'ena to Hanalei, it's another perfect excuse to soak in the island's beauty and community spirit.
