Italy/Switzerland July itinerary check
Planning a trip for the family. 2 adults, 3 kids (7, 10, 13). This is the current plan, any suggestions?
Day 1 - fly into Venice, arrive 2pm, relax and walk around
Day 2 - (Venice) boat tour to Murano/Burano
Day 3 - (Venice) da Vinci museum, Doge's Palace tour
Day 4 - (Venice/Lake Como) train 10:30a to Varenna (Lake Como), arrive 3:30pm
Day 5 - (Lake Como) Castello di Vizio and Orrida de Bellano
Day 6 - (Lake Como) day trip to Bellagio/Menaggio
Day 7 - (Lake Como/Tirano) train 1pm to Tirano
Day 8 - 8am Bernina Express to Chur, then local train to Lucerne, arrive 6pm
Day 9 - (Lucerne) Old Town, chocolate tour, walk around
Day 10 -(Lucerne) Mount Pilatus tour
Day 11 - (Lucerne) Transportation Museum, hiking
Day 12 - (Zurich) morning train to Zurich, walk around
Day 13 - (Zurich) Old Town, lake, walk around
Day 14 - 9:45am flight back home
