Flic Film Chrome 100 Slide Film

As many of you who shoot slide film know, Flic Film Chrome 100 is Kodak Ekachrome 100D Cine Film which is bought by a reseller and respooled into 36 exposure rolls. It's the same as Ektachrome E100 but by buying it as cine film, the reseller can sell it at a discount.

I've used it several times in my stereo cameras and have been happy with it.

However, I just heard from AGX imagine that Kodak may prevent the sale of Flic Film because some users have complained that there were scratches on the slides, perhaps caused by the process of cutting and rerolling the film into 36 exposure rolls.

I personally have not noticed any scratches in my stereo slides, and my stereo slide viewer enlarges the image to a greater degree than an ordinary slide viewer.

Have anyone using Flic Flim noticed any scratches or other defects in their slides? Or is Kodak simply trying to eliminate a competitor who is offering the same film at a lower price?

AGX will continue to develop Flic Film, but they warned me I may have a hard time getting it in the future.
