Egg hatching but also bleeding? What's the most logical thing to do?

Egg hatching but also bleeding? What's the most logical thing to do?

This isn't my first time incubating eggs, but this is the first time I've seen one bleeding while zipping. I did some research and other sites said that it meant the chick hasn't fully developed, but I didn't want to immediately assume that was the case. So far there have been two other successfully hatched chicks from the same group. Should I be concerned about it or should I leave it be?
