Sebaceous filament removal

Hi guys!!!

I have an issue with my sebaceous filaments becoming very visible. What are the best exfoliants/cleansers that won’t break me out (oily and dry skin combo) and oils (like from the ordinary)?

Also, I have a black bonnet and wear it when I sleep. When I wake up, my sebaceous filaments on my forehead where the bonnet was is trapped with remnants from the bonnet even after I wash it. Can anybody tell me what that is and why?
