Recommendations for DIY gel nails, easy application for a total beginner?

I'm not someone who gets nails done. I used to get acrylics but would like something more natural looking. I would probably want extensions of my natural length and perhaps some cute designs too. Are those sticker ones that you cure a good way to go? How do you refill them? Or remove?

Bonus points if it's Aussie brand. Thanks.
