Solo trip to lofoten Norway July 2026

I’m a 24 y/o female from Chicago looking to plan a solo trip to lofoten for the last week of July and seeking any and all recommendations. I was planning on flying into Oslo and then renting a car in Bodo and spending about a week there before making my way to Copenhagen/ Sweden and flying home from there. Midnight kayaking, a Rib boat tour, and a few hikes are the current items on the bucket list. Also-Is lofoten a good solo destination? I saw a few hostels but they seemed quite small so im not sure on the feasibility of meeting new travel friends vs purely having a solo week of me time
