Paris, Barcelona, Malaga - thoughts?

What would be your recommendations for the best summer destinations for a girls trip with mum in 40s and teenage daughters late July?

Thinking Paris, Barcelona or Malaga at the moment!

I want it to feel like a holiday but also not feel boring and be scorching and be relatively affordable so any recommendations would be much appreciated !
