Gofo/yun express

I live in a condo in hon and are dealing with issues from gofo express delivery service. Ive seen nothing but issues from these folks.

My package has been out for delivery multiple times. Does anyone know where the facility is???

Has anyone had a good experience especially in a condo? I dont usually order online but i really need these items.
