One-day tour of Macau, China

| I went to Macau for the first time the day before yesterday, and it was quite nice. I explored the inner island, so here's a brief overview of my experience. Crossing the border from Zhuhai to Macau was very simple; you just need to swipe your Hong Kong and Macau travel permit twice. The city isn't very big, but there are quite a few traffic lights and guardrails, making walking around a bit tiring. However, there weren't many pedestrians, making it a pleasant place to stroll and chat with friends. I mainly visited the casinos and museums. The casinos were glittering and bustling, and surprisingly, most of the gamblers were middle-aged or elderly; there seemed to be relatively few young people gambling. The MGM Grand Museum was excellent, explaining the ancient Silk Road and showcasing many beautiful ancient porcelain artifacts—definitely worth a visit. [link] [comments] |
