Ancient barnacles? Santa Cruz California

| I’ve been seeing these for years on a hard packed path along the edge of a canyon above a redwood forest in the coastal hills of Santa Cruz California. They have a diameter of 1.5-2 inches. I’ve seen them in all types of weather, they never go away, and there are a few clusters of them in the same area. Thank you! [link] [comments] |
