How to fix eyebrows

Hi! I was a victim of over plucking (by my own doing) and now the front of my eyebrow on the left side won’t grow, is there any tips for hair growth or how to fill in my eyebrows? And is the shaping okay or is it uneven? I do know one side is bigger than the other
