Lash serum side effect to reduce hooded eyes?

Since orbital fat loss is a somewhat common side effect of lash serums, would that side effect potentially help with extremely hooded eyes (Ex. in someone older where it is/is almost impacting their vision and an eyelid lift would normally be considered)? Would the aging effect of orbital fat loss be extreme enough to make it "not worth it"? + would the exess skin still affect their eyes?

I'm very curious because orbital fat loss as a side effect does seem like it could be beneficial in some ways but since it is usually an unexpected side effect it's typically negative, and most before/after photos show people who never had hooded eyes. Sorry if this post veers into too "medical", but very curious if anyone has any input!
