Sure Shot Cafe Scones

It’s been a minute since Sure Shot Cafe in Makiki closed. That was my weekend spot for good coffee and pastries. The king of the baked goodies there were the scones. They were the perfect combination of crisp outer crust and soft buttery goodness on the inside. Ever since they closed, I’ve been craving those scones. Does anyone have any idea of the recipes for their scones? Or perhaps you know anywhere else that makes scones that are comparable to Sure Shot?
