Big Tech clouds constantly push us into higher subscription tiers, and now we have to worry about our portfolios being quietly scraped to train generative AI models without our consent. I refuse to pay hundreds of dollars a year just to have my own creative work analyzed by an algorithm.
Owning your storage infrastructure is becoming mandatory for any serious photographer who wants to protect their intellectual property and stop feeding the AI machine.
