Is our chicken going blind?

Our chicken started feeling acting sick, like she couldn’t see to eat. Stayed out of the coop one night kept her eyes closed. Except for one we have done the eye test and she’s still got an appetite and drinks, a lot we just brought her in to keep an eye on her. She seems to be getting better. We thought maybe it was a respiratory issue but she’s not having anything like a runny beak or anything she doesn’t have a cough. But she definitely can only slightly see out of one eye and her debt perception is off. So what are yall thoughts? Yes, she is hydrogen and all that in her water.
