Lethargic Chicken After Vet

I took her to the vet yesterday because she had water belly, and I’m aware that the fluid build up is just a symptom of a larger problem. Once the vet drained her, I was given antibiotics and pain reliever. Today, she is doesn’t want to move, and doesn’t want to eat. I’ve tried giving her egg yolk, mashed feed with the medicine. She doesn’t want to eat and she doesn’t want to move! How can I get her to feel better 😢
