Adobe portfolio website building

Hi everyone -

I'm wondering if anyone else has an adobe portfolio website - Ive had one for years, I love that its included in the subscription but recently Ive been wanting to polish it up & re-do the galleries and have become a bit frustrated - one of my biggest grievances is that the photo galleries feature (while great for quick uploads, and reordering ease) does not convert well for mobile display - the grid will not down size to single file for mobile. The only way to make this happen that I can tell is to upload each photo individually onto the page, placing each photo intentionally where you want it, as reordering is basically impossible in this format. I'm wondering if anyone has found a way around this?

And also just curious which website type people prefer to build off? I think Ludwig(?) has been my go to but it feels very rudimentary- if anyone has any tips that have helped them or want to share their website for inspo, I'd love to see! Would love to keep my portfolio on adobe but running dangerously close to giving more money to squarespace.
