Formula to prioritize information from one worksheet over another.

Working on a spreadsheet and I can't figure out the formula I need to make this work. In short, I have 1 worksheet "System Export" with information exported directly from the system. The second worksheet "System Adjustments" is adjusting entries needed to the system to be accurate, and the third worksheet "Final Report" is a combination of the two.

In the example below: Donald Duck's contract in the system shows it was terminated on 3/1/2026. In reality, it was terminated 2/28/2026. The date correction is noted on the System Adjustment sheet.

What formula should I use to prioritize the dates in the System Adjustment sheet over the System Export sheet for the final report? The formula should take into consideration of Donald Duck's other contract (12497) and only change the termination date of contract 13579.
