Tips on how to achieve this make up look?

Hello, does anyone have any advice on how to perfect this make-up look? I have my confirmation in less than two months. I'm going to get my hair done professionally but I decided to do my own make-up. I don't know how to do make-up very well. I know some basics but my make-up never lasts until the end of the day, and since I'm going to the after party after my confirmation, I need it to last.
