if i’m on a budget, which makeup products does it make sense to buy drug store versions of and which should splurge?

my current routine uses eyeliner, bb cream, contour, mascara, blush, concealer, primer, and lip liner and currently everything is from the drugstore but it wears off sort of quickly and i feel like it looks a bit cheap.

i want to start replacing things with nicer products but i’m a uni student so i don’t have a ton of money and idk where to begin.
