Was going for a sort of dark ethereal vibe for the Ren Faire later this year, does this work?

I've never dressed up for the Faire before and so I'm pretty unsure of what things to mix and match. Does this outfit work to create a sort of fantasy ethereal vibe or should I go with one or the other. I'm not sure if the pieces are fighting here or if they work.
