if i don’t call ems for someone and they die, can i be punished my the state?

location: FL

my dad is very very sick and dying in the ICU. he wants to leave AMA, knowing very well (or having been told repeatedly, though he didn’t believe it) that he will likely go into cardiac arrest a few hours after he leaves.

i’m with his girlfriend, my sister, and his best friend. since he wants to do this, we want to have a “death party” for him where we all just commune and probably will end in him having a heart attack. he might even have it in the car on the way home. if we let him have a heart attack and don’t contact paramedics, and he dies, can we be held liable?

my sister has all of the power of attorney, etc.

eta: he is still fully capable of making his own decisions and has refused hospice endlessly so that is not an option.
