Facebook Marketplace
Our take
It seems like many of us are noticing a shift in the pricing landscape of Facebook Marketplace, particularly for used items that used to be more affordable. The rising costs for everyday goods, like appliances, have left some shoppers frustrated. Additionally, the increase in fake accounts and scams has raised concerns about the platform's reliability. Many users are curious about others' experiences with recent purchases, especially when it comes to essential items like washers and dryers. While some are contemplating whether it's worth the risk to save money on Facebook Marketplace, others are considering more reliable alternatives such as Home Depot or Lowe's, hoping for better stock availability. It would be great to hear your thoughts and experiences on this!
I don't if it's just me but when did Facebook marketplace get so expensive for buss up stuff??
Besides that, I noticed it's very scammy with tons of fake accounts. Curious to know how anyone's buying experiences has been recently, particularly with appliances?
I was hoping to save some money on a washer and dryer but seems like it may be better to just do home depot or Lowe's and that's if they have it in stock 🙄
